Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 22 September 2026
This page is part of the terms. It sets out what happens if you want to cancel coaching or get money back. It follows the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you a 14-day cooling-off period when you buy a service without meeting in person.
The first 14 days
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day you pay, and I will refund you. Email me with your name and the date you paid. You do not need to give a reason.
If you asked me to start straight away and we have already had a session or I have already written your plan inside those 14 days, I will refund what you paid minus a fair amount for the part already delivered, worked out from the number of sessions in your package. That is what the law allows and it is the only deduction I make.
After the first 14 days
Monthly plans. You can stop at any time. Tell me before your next payment date and no further payment will be taken. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, but you keep your sessions for that month.
Pay-in-full packages. Once the 14 days have passed, the package is not refundable. If something serious happens in your life and you cannot carry on, email me. I would rather pause your remaining sessions for a while, or move them to a later date, than have you lose them.
Missed and moved calls
Give me at least 24 hours' notice to move a call and we simply rebook it. A call missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, counts as used. I will make an exception for a genuine emergency.
If I cancel
If I have to end our work together, or cannot deliver sessions you have paid for, I refund everything you have paid for sessions not yet delivered, in full, within 14 days.
The free manual
The Dopamine Rewire manual is free. There is nothing to refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the account or card you paid with, within 14 days of me agreeing the refund.
How to cancel
Email rewirethemindcoaching@rewirethemindcoaching.com with your name and the date you paid, or message me on WhatsApp. I will confirm in writing.
None of this takes away any rights you have under UK consumer law.
